The republican party likes to pay lip service to concepts like State’s Rights and Second Amendment rights. They oppose Obama on everything he does. Until now. Despite their talk about protecting gun rights the republican leaders are sticking with Obama in his taking of medical marijuana users guns. Obama and the GOP have finally found common ground. All it took was for Obama to abandon his bald faced lie of a campaign promise to leave medical marijuana to the states. That and the republican party’s willingness with NRA complicity to abandon their support for both State’s Rights and Gun Ownership. When these guys work together they get things done. It’s taken a long time but they’ve finally found the way to take the first step in disarming the population. They pick a group that some people might hesitate to stick up for and use that hesitation to establish the precedent that will one day lead to YOUR gun rights being taken.

THANK GOD FOR JUDGE PHILLIPS, WHO HAD ENOUGH “BALLS” TO SPEAK UP AND SAY, “HEAH, SOMETHING IS WRONG HERE AND JUST DOESN’T ADD UP. OVER THE LAST 30 YEARS, SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN CONVICTED OF MURDER HAVE DONE THEIR TIME IN PRISON AND ARE OUT NOW EITHER LIVING THEIR LIVES THE WAY THEY SHOULD, OR WORKING TOWARD GOING BACK TO PRISON BECAUSE OF A PROBATION VIOLATION OR ANOTHER ACT OF VIOLENCE. BARRY HAS MORE THAN PAID FOR THE CRIME THAT HE IS ACCUSED OF COMMITTING. THE STATE OF MONTANA NEEDS TO REALIZE HOW MUCH IT[S GOING TO COST THE TAXPAYERS IN THE STATE OF MONTANA TO TRY “AN INNOCENT MAN” AGAIN. LETS NOT WASTE OUR MONEY AND LOOK FOR THE FOUR FEMALES WHO REALLY DID KILL KIM NEES BACK SO MANY YEARS AGO. MY PRAYERS AND GOOD WISHES TO YOU BARRY!! KEEP ON FIGHTING!!

Van Valkenburg’s attack on marijuana is totally justified since the Florence murderer has been caught and prosecuted, Missoula County is rid of all child molester’s, and there aren’t daily finds of meth lab remnants along our highways and roads. What a relief!!!! Get a clue.

Soooo…a medical marijuana patient is required to indicate on an application to acquire a firearm they are “addicted” to a substance, then the same goes for someone who takes daily doses of oxycontin, hydrocodone, percocet, darvocet, fentynol, suboxyn for pain management must check the same correct? Just making sure we’re all on an equal playing field, big pharma!

This is why I left Billings, Mt… my kids and I seen enough blood to last a life-time. I believe the hatchet attack victim is alive today because I was there to witness this and call 911, people with a bad drug problem willing to murder someone over a handfull of dollars, allegedly. Rehab these people already,.. don’t use our tax dollars to pay for free lodging for criminals fresh out of jail and prison.. thanks to all of those who defended these criminals…. and for the assault I received from the supporters of these deviants beings!
