Copperstone burglary – The Missoula County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a burglary and felony theft case that occurred at the Copperstone Store All facility sometime between Feb. 1 and May 17.
An unknown person took approximately 20 boxes of inventory from a clothing store that had gone out of business. The inventory amounted to over $100,000 in high-end men’s and women’s casual fashion clothing including shirts, dresses, jeans, shoes and boots. Some of the band names include Mark Nason, Koolaburra, Mistique, J. Steger, Rock Revival, Laguna Beach, No Fear, Rock & Republic, Sould Denim, Monarchy, True Love False Idol, RZST, Christian Audigier, Sullen Clothing and Motor City Legends.

Suspect sought – CrimeStoppers and the Missoula Police Department are seeking information on the whereabouts of Billy Lee Henderson. Billy Lee Henderson is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Henderson may be in the Missoula, Pablo or Great Falls area.
Billy Lee Henderson is a suspect in two active felony investigations from crimes committed in Missoula in June 2011. He is on probation and his probation officer has authorized a probation violation hold if he is located.
As of Aug. 8, Henderson has a no bond warrant out of Sanders County, a $5,000 Missoula District Court warrant for felony criminal mischief and a $2,400 Missoula Municipal Court warrant for traffic offenses.
