The Missoula County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the felony theft of the following items from Marcure Lane and Mullan Road in Frenchtown:
• 8-by-10 Snowmobile trailer, tilt bed, wood deck, black in color, 2-by-8 piece of decking missing at the rear of the trailer, one running light is burnt out on the passenger side.
• Four 15-inch tires with 85 percent tread bought from Roemer’s in October.
• Four inexpensive tires with aluminum Centerline rims.
• Blue Snowbear truck-mounted snowplow with two black lights.
The suspect or suspects also tried to take a John Deere 790 four-wheel-drive tractor with a loader. The headlight assembly was damaged during the attempted theft.
